Los Angeles Consulting Group hosted this webinar with Crossbeam Managing Partner Ted Kerr to introduce the firm’s KB Mountain West Housing Strategies Fund via Zoom.

​The fund was formed by Crossbeam to provide registered investment advisors, family offices, endowments, and high-net-worth individuals with access to professionally managed private real estate investments through a discretionary fund vehicle with attractive co-investment opportunities.

​• The Fund will focus on residential properties located in the Rocky Mountain region, where there are significant imbalances in housing supply and strong demand.

​• Our strategy is to invest in niche opportunities for both the development of new housing and the redevelopment of existing underperforming housing assets.

​• Asset types will include new development of rental and for sale housing, cash-flowing value-add multifamily, adaptive re-use of existing structures to housing, and special situation opportunities.

​• Fund Investors enjoy access to co-invest alongside the Fund in individual deals on a priority basis.
