Mike Kron

Michael Kron is Chief Operating Officer of a family-owned real estate business overseeing more than 14,000 multifamily units across Arizona and Texas. With experience spanning more than $3 billion in property transactions, Mr. Kron has led land acquisition, development, financing, operations, and portfolio management initiatives across a broad range of real estate investments.

Mr. Kron has spearheaded the acquisition and construction of more than 4,000 apartment units while simultaneously overseeing day-to-day operations, financing activities, acquisitions, and dispositions designed to optimize portfolio performance and capitalize on evolving market conditions.

In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, Mr. Kron serves as Manager of Guardian Advisory, LLC, a real estate brokerage specializing in net lease properties. Through this platform, he and his team provide market intelligence and advisory expertise focused on high-credit-quality tenants and long-term investment strategies. His brokerage team brings more than 20 years of experience in the net lease sector and has represented numerous buyers in acquiring NNN assets aligned with conservative and income-oriented investment objectives. Mr. Kron’s team has also been actively involved in managing these assets for high-net-worth investors.

Prior to joining Guardian, Mr. Kron practiced law for six years with the law firm of Alschuler, Grossman & Pines in Century City, Los Angeles, where he focused on real estate and land use matters. He is a California-licensed attorney and real estate broker.

Mr. Kron holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
